Job summary

Saft is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead APQP/PPAP, maintain control plans, and monitor processes in our battery manufacturing environment. You will document actions for trends and ensure accurate production documentation.

The role requires engineering education with hands-on QA experience in high-volume manufacturing and proficiency with measurement tools and RCA techniques.

Qualifications

• B.S./A.A.S. with appropriate quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 and various manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with RCA tools and 4D/8D corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Implement APQP/PPAP methodologies and maintain Control Plan currency.
• Manage scrap/rework and document actions for undesirable trends.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for all production processes.
