Job summary

Saft is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure products, systems, and projects meet customer specs and regulatory standards. You will lead quality planning, risk management, SPC, and continuous improvement to drive product quality and operational excellence.

You will represent quality for major topics, manage documentation, and drive site inspections and audits, including TAG procedures. A path to ISO9001 certification and internal audits will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Quality experience and certifications preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality deliverables, control plan, and process capability.
• Represent quality for critical 8D/problem solving topics.
• Lead project documentation management.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and document management (TAG procedures).
• Contribute to ISO9001 QMS certification and audit preparation; act as internal auditor.
• Manage qualification plans for product and process changes.
