Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality roles in automotive.
• Experience leading APQP/PPAP, audits, and launch readiness.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AIAG core tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality planning for new programs and changes through APQP.
• Review and approve PPAP submissions and control plans.
• Direct containment and root-cause analysis for supplier issues.
• Drive corrective actions with 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methods.
• Conduct supplier audits and monitor performance across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering on supplier development and sourcing.
