Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead investigations into supplier quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will own validation, change control, and CAPA processes, ensuring external production aligns with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing (aerospace preferred), AS9100/ISO 9001 experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 compliance is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, aerospace preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into supplier quality issues using root cause and CAPA methods.
• Conduct supplier audits and monitor KPIs to ensure regulatory and internal standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive alignment on requirements and changes.
• Document investigations, audits and CAPA activities with clear stakeholder updates.
