• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant supply quality experience.
• Experience with AS9102 FAI and GD&T.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and purchase order requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and corrective action experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers to review product/process issues and ensure PO/engineering spec compliance.
• Investigate root causes and drive supplier improvement and 100% quality ratings.
• Lead Early Supplier Engagements and PAR activities.
• Collaborate with Contract Source Inspector to ensure timely releases and internal customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain supplier performance reports and CoPQ metrics.
• Support supplier rating systems and periodic performance meetings.
• Perform periodic source inspections at suppliers.
