Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of supplier quality experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Supplier Quality Engineers, establishing schedules and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering to select, develop, and manage suppliers; communicate requirements.
• Oversee site/Program activities and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
