Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to develop and manage our supplier quality program for raw materials, packaging, and third-party purchases. You will lead supplier qualification, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement with a focus on defect reduction and consistency.

The role requires strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material quality meets specifications and customer expectations, with on-site work in Roswell, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) preferred.
• Six Sigma experience; Black or Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Royal Oak's Supplier Quality Management System.
• Manage third party audits with external firms (e.g., SGS, BV, Intertek).
• Set quality requirements and supplier specifications.
