Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) seeks a Program Supplier Performance Manager (PSPM) to direct cost, schedule and technical performance for key suppliers. This home-based role in Annapolis, MD involves up to 50% travel and collaboration with engineering, quality and procurement teams to keep programs on track.

The candidate will lead IPTs, define scope for procurements, and drive risk and opportunity management while ensuring subcontractor compliance with SOWs. A secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years in supply chain/procurement or program management, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience performing monthly earned value and risk management for programs.
• Proven track record in controlling cost, schedule and performance targets.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage cost, schedule and technical performance for subcontractors.
• Lead and coordinate supplier design reviews and manufacturing plans.
• Maintain vendor performance and proactive supplier management.
• Coordinate with IPTs to ensure program objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with SOWs and recovery plans for schedule erosion.
