Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 for our Dulles, VA site. You will lead procurement planning, subcontracts, and the global supply chain resources to meet program milestones in a high-security environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, apply MRP-driven planning, and optimize supplier performance while reporting to the PMO. A Top Secret clearance is required, with a 9/80 schedule and onsite work in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years (Masters with 6 years) of supply chain, program management, procurement, purchasing or closely related experience.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops program plans, procurement plans and aligns Global Supply Chain resources.
• Monitor on-time performance, supplier risk and financial management for the program.
• Lead teams and coordinate with PMO to meet supply chain commitments and mitigate risks.
