Job summary

RTX is seeking a Supplier Quality and Development professional to drive supplier qualification, monitoring, escape management, and quality issue resolution while ensuring internal and regulatory standards are met.

You will work with suppliers and internal engineering partners to solve complex problems, lead root-cause and corrective action activities, support onboarding and certification, manage source inspections, and strengthen supplier capabilities for operational readiness and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrial engineering or similar field.
• Advanced degree in related field with relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of quality regulations and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts supplier qualification, certification, monitoring, and quality issue resolution.
• Analyzes quality data and develops corrective actions for supplier-related problems.
• Leads root-cause and corrective action activities (8D/Red-X) and supports PPAP readiness.
