Responsibilities

• Act as a technical contact for assigned machining, forging, and contract manufacturing suppliers and drive accountability for performance.
• Assess machining/forging processes to ensure supplier readiness and technical compliance.
• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and develop performance plans.
• Lead supplier problem-solving using 8D, DMAIC, RCCA methodologies.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and manufacturing evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement project plans for supplier improvements and capacity expansions.
