Job summary

ABM is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Management & Operations in New York to lead supplier onboarding, enablement, and the lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing support.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Coupa SIM, supplier master data, catalogs, supplier support, and supplier relationship management, with accountability for service delivery, SLAs, risk, and continuous improvement in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier onboarding and enablement programs.
• Strong ability to manage supplier lifecycle, data quality and catalogs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Legal and IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead CLM implementation, workflows, and data quality initiatives.
