Job summary

ABM Industries in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Manager for Supplier Relationship Management & Operations to own onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle governance for 8,000+ vendors. You will lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, implement CLM, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

You will drive service delivery, KPIs, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, leveraging Coupa SIM, CSP, and data analytics to optimize supplier experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations or supplier relationship management.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership with cross-functional accountability.
• Experience with high-volume enterprise operations and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Coupa or a comparable procurement platform (Coupa SIM, CSP, catalogs).
• Experience implementing or administering a CLM solution and related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and enablement for supplier lifecycle, ensuring service delivery and KPI targets.
• Oversee supplier onboarding via Coupa SIM, including data quality and policy adherence.
• Govern supplier enablement activities, CSP adoption, communications, and support.
• Manage workload, capacity, SLAs, and cross-functional prioritization.
• Oversee hosted catalog governance and PunchOut enablement with suppliers and Tech.
• Collaborate with MDM and Tech to resolve integrations and drive root-cause actions.
• Lead supplier support channels (ServiceNow, inquiries, town halls, training, self-service).
• Establish and monitor KPIs: cycle time, processing, backlog, SLA, data quality.
• Provide escalation point for complex issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Direct CLM implementation: requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption.
• Maintain CLM repository, renewals, obligations, and metadata with stakeholders.
