Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Supplier Development Engineer to optimize our supplier base, drive performance, and lead the supplier development team in Minneapolis, MN and/or Phoenix, AZ with a remote work schedule. You will influence supplier performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality heat exchanger packs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure timely project execution while managing risks and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in supplier development or related leadership role.
• Budget management and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of supplier development strategies and SRM.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a supplier development strategy aligning with company goals.
• Lead a team of supplier development engineers and professionals.
• Establish supplier performance standards and collaborate on improvements.
• Drive innovation in supplier processes and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage heat exchanger pack projects end-to-end.
• Track issues in Jira and escalate shortages or manufacturing problems.
