Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Supervisory Records Examiner/Analyst to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) nationwide mission. The role involves supervising staff, analyzing data from multiple sources, and ensuring timely, high-quality work in accordance with task order requirements.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and a 7- or 10-year background investigation, plus strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or high school diploma with two years additional experience.
• Three years related experience and one year in asset forfeiture or law enforcement field.
• Ability to demonstrate supervisory experience (project management considered).
• Working knowledge of the legal system, legal research procedures, and information sources.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Supervises the work of subordinate staff and coordinates with other support components to meet task order requirements.
• Monitors work and ensures it is delivered on time and meets requirements.
• Develops procedures to troubleshoot workflow issues and improve quality and timeliness.
• Develops systems to track and manage case files and related material.
• Performs complex technical and factual research.
• Keeps leadership updated on status and plans.
• Provides required reports on or ahead of schedule.
• Manages personnel, including timesheets, leave requests, evaluations, and coaching.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
