HQ USAF and Support Elements in Arlington, VA seeks a first-level supervisor to manage the A5/7XD Design Development Division, directing and coordinating nonsupervisory staff. You will plan, organize, and supervise activities to ensure future force design meets legal requirements and customer needs.

You will liaise with installation and functional-area partners, and coordinate with Air Staff, other service headquarters, and DOD offices to integrate force design into Air Force programs.

Responsabilidades

• The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to A5/7XD Design Development Division, Force Design Directorate. Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Design Development Division, ensuring that future force design integration complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
