As Senior Supervisor, Security, you will be part of the Global Security Services Special Programs Security department, supporting Special Access Programs. You will act as Lead Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer, supervising a small team and serving as the program’s focal point for all security matters.
Responsibilities
- Administer security procedures IAW applicable government policies in a classified environment.
- Supervise and manage a small team of security professionals, including scheduling, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Set schedules, tasks, and priorities for the security team.
- Collaborate with, receive direction from, and report program security status to Security Manager(s).
- Evaluate staffing and material resource needs and develop proposals.
- Partner with personnel across functional organizations to support business objectives.
- Develop, prepare, and implement program‑specific SOPs, OPSEC plans, transportation plans, test plans, and equivalent approvals.
- Conduct or participate in internal reviews and government compliance inspections.
- Maintain and facilitate accreditation of secure facilities IAW ICD 705 standards.
- Implement media control and material accountability processes IAW applicable government policies.
- Provide oversight and management to subcontractors and suppliers via DD Form 254 or other contractual methods.
- Provide security oversight, education, and support to program leadership and employees.
- Oversee personnel security records and forms in government databases.
- Create and present security education, awareness, and training materials; deliver program indoctrination briefings and security status updates.
- Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
- Oversee visitor management, escort procedures, and investigate security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders and representatives on customer requirements.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
What You Will Learn
- Project management of SAP program security from program inception to deployment, including establishing secure facilities and processes.
- Hands‑on exposure to SAP program security management and the operational aspects of Raytheon’s government and industry contracts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.1 series, 5105.21 series, SEAD 3, SEAD 4, or ICD 705.
- Experience managing and supervising teams and small projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Understanding of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07.
- National Security experience preferred.
- Related training with DCSA, CDSE, including Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
Salary
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD–165,200 USD.
