Position Overview

Sr. Manager Special Programs Security – Onsite, U.S. Citizen only. Requires an active and transferable Top Secret DoD security clearance (existing on day 1). Reports to the Associate Director Special Programs Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of Security Specialists, establishing schedules, prioritizing assignments, providing training and oversight.
• Develop, prepare and implement novel processes to improve output using Raytheon CORE (lean/ Six Sigma) operating system.
• Develop Plans and Procedures to ensure compliance with DoDM 5205.07, CFR 32 Part 117, DoD 5200.02, DoD 5200.48, DoD 5105.21 and internal company policy.
• Conduct or participate in internal reviews and Government inspections.
• Collect metrics, analyze data and submit reports to senior management.
• Prepare, review and submit cost proposals to senior management.
• Conduct employee performance reviews; mentor and train personnel.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience **or** Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading and managing security processes and procedures within a SAP/SCI work area, including executing the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 and ICD manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Broad knowledge and skills within the SAP/SCI security discipline.
• Completion of related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (e.g., Introduction to SAPs, ICD‑705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC).

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 annually.
