Job summary

YouthLink in Minneapolis is seeking a Scattered Site Housing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple housing programs and to supervise several case-managers, ensuring organized, integrated, and youth-centered services. The role emphasizes inclusive engagement and timely, accurate performance management.

Required are 3 years of supervisory experience in direct services and housing, plus HMIS/Client Track experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in direct services at a supervisory level, including case management and managing a team.
• 3 years of experience working with individuals in a housing environment.
• 1 year working and managing HMIS/Client Track.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Scattered Site housing program including rapid rehousing, In-Reach, Hearth Connection, FYI and Housing Trust Fund.
• Supervise multiple case-managers across programs; ensure timekeeping accuracy and coordinate schedules.
• Lead annual performance reviews, training/onboarding, and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Foster inclusive, responsive, and productive services for youth aged 16–24.
