Job summary

YouthLink in Minneapolis is seeking a Case Manager - Scattered Site Housing to support youth ages 18-24 who are homeless or facing housing insecurity. You will coordinate wrap-around services, referrals for housing, counseling, financial counseling, and education, and collaborate with county partners to place youth in stable housing.

Applicants should have experience in case management and working with at-risk youth, and be committed to a harm-reduction, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of case management experience.
• 2 years' work with at-risk, unsheltered youth, including those with county involvement or foster care experience.
• 2 years' experience with homeless youth.
• Experience with community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around services and referrals for housing, counseling, and education.
• Coordinate housing referrals, rental history reports, and landlord outreach to secure stable housing.
• Collaborate with county partners and agency staff to support youth on caseload.
