Job summary

YouthLink is seeking a Scattered Site Housing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise multiple case-managers across programs. You will ensure inclusive, responsive services and well-organized case management for youth ages 16–24 in the Twin Cities area.

The role requires 3 years supervisory experience in housing or direct services, with HMIS/Client Track knowledge, a valid license, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in direct services at a supervisory level, including case management and managing a team.
• 3 years of experience working with individuals in a housing environment.
• 1 year working and managing HMIS/Client Track.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that is acceptable to the company’s Vehicle Use policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Scattered Site housing program and supervise multiple case-managers across programs.
• Conduct regular 1x1 meetings, team meetings and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor timekeeping, scheduling, hiring/terminations, training and onboarding, and disciplinary actions when needed.

• Salary: $62,000 - 65,000
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, must have flexibility to work in the day and occasional evening.

We are looking for a Supervisor in our Scattered Site Housing team to oversee day to day operations of our Scattered Site housing program which includes Rapid Rehousing, In-Reach, Hearth Connection, FYI, and Housing Trust Fund, and help us advance our mission within our housing community. As a Scattered Site Supervisor, you will supervise multiple case-managers operating in different programs and be responsible for ensuring inclusive, responsive, meaningful, and productive activities and case management services that are well-organized, integrated and provided to young people. With our staff, this position will conduct regular 1x1 meetings, team meetings, annual performance reviews, monitor and coordinate individual employee schedules, ensuring accurate timekeeping, overseeing employee development efforts, hiring/terminations, training/onboarding, and taking disciplinary action where necessary. At this time YouthLink does not offer relocation or US work visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience with the Apricot operating system.
• Knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and policies.
