Qualifications

• 1+ years’ case management experience.
• 2 years’ experience working with at‑risk young adults.
• 2 years’ experience working with homeless youth.
• 2 years’ experience with community engagement.
• Must be able to come to work on time, for all regularly scheduled work shifts.
• Valid MN State Driver’s License, insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around housing and support services for youth 18–24 in crisis.
• Coordinate referrals for housing, counseling, financial counseling, and education.
• Engage with community partners to expand services for clients.
