Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a senior program finance manager to lead the Patriot Spares Program, ensuring financial excellence across all program activities and reporting.

You will manage cost and schedule execution, prepare EACs, support FP&A with monthly forecasts, and brief charts for PMRs and reviews while guiding a direct report and coordinating with global leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum 5 years of related work experience; or advanced degree with 3+ years
• Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or similar systems
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Knowledge of Operations Labor Processes (preferred)
• Experience with proposal and pre-proposal management (preferred)
• Relocation not provided; commutable to Tewksbury, MA (preferred)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Understanding of Operations Labor Processes (preferred)
• Experience with proposal and pre-proposal management (preferred)
• Experience with company-funded investment vehicles (CFR/AR) (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
• Preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA; relocation assistance not provided
