Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a senior finance professional to oversee program cost management across multiple contracts. You will drive EAC development, apply Earned Value Management, and support FP&A, ensuring accurate financial forecasting for complex programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., Raytheon Emirates Limited) to close staffing and pricing gaps, manage proposals, and support program starts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with 8 years finance experience, or advanced degree with 5 years experience.
• Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC) and EVM principles.
• Experience with FP&A and Raytheon business systems SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete.
• Prepare manpower reports to support staffing reviews including cross-functional gaps closure.
• Support proposal development and program start-up activities.
• Partner with Landed Company personnel (Raytheon Emirates Limited).
• Engage in Business Capture strategy and proposal generation.

• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
• Prepare manpower reports to support Global Patriot and LADS level staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
• Support proposal development and program start up activities
• Partnership with Landed Company personnel (Raytheon Emirates Limited)
• Business Capture strategy and proposal generation

Requirements

• Typically requires BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance experience
• Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems and tools
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience with Raytheon business systems SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
