Job summary

Jobtailor in Andover, MA seeks a senior financial program leader to oversee LTAMDS Production, Sustainment and Development. You will partner with the Program Director, Chief Engineer, and IPT leads to drive planning, execution and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field with 10+ years applicable experience; OR an Advanced degree with 7 years applicable experience
• Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and IMS integration
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to executive levels and a security clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of business managers and analysts supporting LTAMDS Production, Sustainment and Development
• Serve as the primary business partner to the LTAMDS Program Director, Chief Engineer, and IPT Leads
• Own all financial planning, baseline management, and performance reporting across the program, ensuring EVMS compliance
• Develop and maintain program financial strategies, EACs, funding profiles, staffing strategies, monthly schedule/cadence and long-range plans
• Oversee proposal development, BOE strategy, pricing, and risk & opportunity management for domestic and international captures
• Lead business integration for international pursuits with Global Contracts, Global Trade, and Corporate International teams
• Support contract negotiations, financial terms shaping, and international offset considerations
• Ensure timely, accurate, and executable financial and programmatic data to senior leadership including monthly program reviews and governance
• Drive process improvement, workforce development, and standardization across the LTAMDS business team
• Represent the LTAMDS business organization in cross-program councils and working groups

• Represent the LTAMDS business organization in cross-program and cross-mission area councils and working groups

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field & a minimum of 10 years applicable experience; OR an Advanced degree with 7 years applicable experience
• Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and/or IMS integration
• Experience partnering/communicating complex financial information succinctly to executive levels
• Experience with Raytheon financial systems (i.e. IPDS, APEX, Prism and/or PMX)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
