Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an EVMS/financial forecasting specialist to support capex investments and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC). You will analyze earned value metrics, coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Finance, and guide strategic decision-making with senior leadership. Strong presentation and MS Office skills are essential.

Experience with EVMS baselining, SAP/PRISM MRP is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, and other disciplines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with EVMS baselining, maintenance, and surveillance is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM MRP is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Proven analytical skills.
• U.S. citizenship required; security clearance not required.

• Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
• Support related financial forecasting
• Analyze earned value metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field

• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint
• Preferred: experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance, and surveillance
• Preferred: experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP
• Preferred: strong presentation, communication, and professional skills
• Ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
• Proven analytical skills
• Preferred: experience with Raytheon Program Management Tool Suite
• Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
