RTX is seeking a First Shift Senior Supervisor, Facilities & Maintenance for the Springdale, AR campus. This role oversees multi-trade teams and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable utilities, buildings and equipment maintenance, and efficient project execution.

Strong leadership, blueprint-reading and regulatory knowledge are required, with willingness to cover off-hours and winter weather events. Salary ranges from 86,800 to 165,200 USD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in leadership, facilities maintenance, leading building, infrastructure, or maintenance projects; OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree / Technical School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma or Military / Technical Training (ex: A&P Certificate) and 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to read and understand building infrastructure and technology schematics and blueprints.

What You Will Do:

PSD Maintenance has an opening for a First Shift Senior Supervisor, Facilities & Maintenance in the Springdale, AR campus. This position supervises employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment as well as maintain our production equipment. Primary focus is to provide supervision for all trades and overseeing multi-trade work orders and projects. Required to cover off hours, winter weather events, and supervise all trades.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Bachelor’s degree STEM fields or Technical School preferred.
• Personnel management experience, ideally in a highly technical environment, leading both hourly and salary team-members.
• Knowledge of Arkansas and National Building codes.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintain machine tools
• At least one of the following AR professional licenses (CSL, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
• Experience consulting with management on building maintenance, construction issues and machine maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, EMaint, Building Automation Systems, Power BI and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in the application of problem solving and continuous improvement tools: CORE/ACE/SixSigma, Process Certification, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, etc.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
