Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our Developmental and Behavioral Services team at the Port Sylvania location in Ohio. The role involves diagnostic and treatment services for children and youth, with supervision of psychology assistants in a collaborative clinical environment. Must hold Ohio license and have testing experience.

Qualifications

• Competence in assessment, psychological testing evaluations, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in administering, scoring and interpreting psychological tests.
• Provides individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Creates clinical documentation per Harbor standards.
• Consults with schools, other agencies and professionals as needed.
• Meets or exceeds billable service expectations.
• Provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervises Psychology Assistants within licensure guidelines.
• Keeps current with trends in psychology and continued growth.
