Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily construction.
• Experience in scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Blueprints and construction documents understanding.
• Procore or similar construction management software proficiency.
• Strong OSHA safety knowledge (OSHA 30).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site activities safely and efficiently.
• Manage schedule and subcontractor coordination.
• Review blueprints and construction documents for accurate execution.
• Maintain daily reports and progress logs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe site environment.
• Coordinate site logistics and field operations.
