Job summary

JPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site operations for multifamily projects in the Dallas area. You will manage Wraps, Podiums, and Type I construction, mentoring field teams, enforcing safety, and ensuring schedule discipline in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-family construction, finalizing plans, and coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and officials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 7–9 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 HR certification (within 90 days of hire).
• Experience with multi-family construction procedures and building codes.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling practices and software.
• Proficiency with Procore and general PC software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams for Wraps, Podiums, and Type I construction.
• Monitor safety, scheduling, quality control, and code compliance on site.
• Develop and maintain a complete jobsite schedule; upload to Procore and share with field team.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings covering look-ahead scheduling, safety, RFI’s, submittals, and coordination items.
• Oversee plan reviews, RFI and submittal processes, and project close-out documentation.
