Job summary

JPM Resourcing is seeking a Superintendent for a major multifamily project in Charlotte, NC. You will own day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and teams to safely deliver on schedule and to high standards.

The role requires proven multifamily Superintendent experience, wood-frame/podium construction knowledge, and strong leadership with excellent communication. OSHA 30 is preferred; Procore experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame or podium construction.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects from sitework through completion.
• Excellent subcontractor coordination and schedule-management skills.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and construction best practices.
• Confident leadership and clear communication.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction-management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, project teams, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to the project team.
• Enforce safety procedures and quality-control standards.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they affect schedule.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
