The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction, with a proven track record and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with strong leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety and quality standards.
• Experience with safety, risk, and quality control management.
• Strong communication and coordination across diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certifications in safety, risk, or quality are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite operations from pre-construction to project completion.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across the project.
• Manage risks including safety, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and subcontractors to stay on schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and mentor junior staff.
• Provide progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Ensure permits and licenses are up to date.
