CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead on-site delivery of hotel projects, coordinating subcontractors and enforcing safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and high-end finishes across podium, mid-rise, and high-rise settings. Extensive hotel/multifamily experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field construction with 5+ years as superintendent on hotel/multifamily projects.
• Experience delivering high-end luxury and affordable housing components.
• Strong knowledge of means/methods, sequencing, scheduling, and cost control.

• Proven leadership, communication and collaboration with owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for hotel projects from pre-con to closeout.
• Coordinate, supervise and mentor subcontractors and site staff for efficient workflow.
• Develop and enforce schedules; track critical path and implement recovery plans.
• Maintain safety compliance and lead site safety meetings and inspections.
• Resolve RFIs, submittals, and site issues with project teams and inspectors.
• Conduct quality inspections and punch-list walks for luxury spaces.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, staging, and access across podium/mid/high-rise.
• Prepare daily reports, cost tracking, and forecast project leadership.
• Ensure alignment with owners, GC, consultants, and inspectors on scope and schedule.
• Mentor junior superintendents and promote efficient construction practices.

Senior Construction Superintendent (Hotel)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of high-quality hotel projects. The role focuses on managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotels and multifamily constructionincluding podium, mid-rise and high-rise projectsand a proven track record delivering high-end, luxury, and affordable housing components.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for hotel projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work meets schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate, supervise and mentor subcontractors, trade foremen and site staff to maintain efficient workflow and adherence to contract requirements.
• Develop, update and enforce daily and weekly schedules, track critical-path activities, and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Maintain strict safety compliance and lead regular site safety meetings and inspections; ensure subcontractors follow company and regulatory safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project management, design teams, inspectors and owners to resolve RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and site issues promptly.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and punch-list walkthroughs; enforce high-end finish standards for luxury guest rooms, public spaces and amenities.
• Manage site logistics including material deliveries, staging, temporary facilities, site access and coordination of trades in podium, mid-rise and high-rise settings.
• Prepare accurate daily reports, cost and manpower tracking, change order documentation and forecasts for project leadership.
• Implement and maintain strong communication with stakeholders owners, general contractors, consultants and municipal inspectors to ensure alignment on scope and schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement by mentoring junior superintendents, sharing best practices and promoting efficient construction methodologies across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field construction experience with at least 5 years as a superintendent on hotel and/or multifamily projects (townhomes, condos, condominium, podium, mid-rise, high-rise).
• Proven track record delivering high-end/luxury and affordable housing components; experience with multifamily and hotel construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling (critical path), cost management and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and complex site logistics in urban podium and high-rise environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills; ability to collaborate with owners, design teams and subcontractors.
• Proficient with construction management software, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), and mobile reporting platforms.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to travel to multiple project sites; OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred.
• Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
