Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Manhattan-based corporate interior projects, including hospitality, lobby renovations, and MEP upgrades.

You will oversee large, high-end projects ranging from $2m-10m and up to larger $30-50m, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery. We require a minimum of 10+ years as a Construction Superintendent in NYC, with Lead Super experience on corporate interiors; OSHA SST 62; Procore proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent in NYC.
• Experience running corporate interior projects as Lead Super.
• OSHA SST 62.
• Proficiency in Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large NYC projects (corporate interiors, hospitality, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, MEP/infrastructure upgrades).
• Coordinate with PMs and field staff to ensure high-quality finishes and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety compliance and manage project milestones and budgets.

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they'll also complete larger projects in the $30-50m range, and these projects are the one's you'll oversee - larger and more complex.

The firm has over 100 employee's, and continues to see steady annual growth in revenue, winning bigger projects, maintaining repeat clients and winning new work.
