Qualifications

• Experience coordinating self-perform trades and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day field leader on assigned projects.
• Coordinate and manage self-perform trades and subcontractors.
• Manage schedule and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Review drawings, sequences, and scopes to identify conflicts.
