Base pay range

$114,000.00/yr - $136,000.00/yr

This is a contract role offering a highly competitive base salary and a truck allowance for an 18-month schedule. Add a $20-$30M light industrial project to your experience and enjoy working for a reputable GC with a great culture.

My client is a design-build firm headquartered in Fort Worth. While much of the pipeline is in the DFW metroplex, they recently acquired a light industrial project and are looking for a superintendent to manage it. This company has built a strong culture over 40 years, emphasizing good relationships with clients and employees.

Description

Supervise all on-site project subcontractors.
Act as a quality control representative to monitor and ensure correction of deficient workmanship and below-standard work.
Approve material requests and deliveries.
Assist the Project Manager by overseeing field construction processes.
Coordinate with third-party inspections (geo-tech, structural engineer, fireproofing) for supervised activities.
Report deficiencies, problems, and delays to the project manager.
Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure compliance with local municipal inspectors.

Job Offer

Base salary between $120,000 and $135,000, depending on experience.
