• Strong experience in multifamily apartment or hotel construction preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

• Lead construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion and occupancy.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field operations.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and coordinate multiple trades.
• Monitor job-site safety, quality control, and OSHA compliance.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, project turnover, and final completion.
• Work closely with Project Managers and other project stakeholders.
