Job summary

Jobot in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a landmark multifamily project from groundbreaking through completion.

You will oversee safety, quality, and scheduling; coordinate subcontractors and field staff; and work with project managers, engineers, and architects to keep the project on track. OSHA 30 is required; salary ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• At least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+).
• OSHA 30 certification is required; additional safety credentials are a plus.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings as the senior field leader.
