Jobot is seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-profile multifamily developments. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and field coordination from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience on multifamily ground-up projects (podium, wrap, or large apartments), strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and specifications to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with podium, wrap, or large apartment developments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall onsite leadership and supervision for multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule delays or cost impacts.
• Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams.
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, reports, inspections, and punch lists.
• Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover.
