Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for a multifamily construction role in the Madison area. This local on-site position requires a minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily and commercial projects.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills essential for guiding a project team from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in construction, with multi-family/commercial project experience.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate a team.
• Proficient with construction management software and related tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
