Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a major healthcare construction project in Downtown Dallas, TX. The role oversees a $250M+ project with a multi-year horizon through 2033 and offers a base salary in the $170K–$200K range, with potential above for exceptional experience.

This leadership position requires hands-on field management of large crews, coordination with clients, and a track record of delivering high-value electrical builds on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• Significant electrical construction experience, healthcare exposure preferred.
• Senior Superintendent-level leadership on large, complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field leadership on a large electrical healthcare project.
• Lead and coordinate multiple crews and field resources to meet schedule and quality.
• Own quality, schedule and execution standards for a high-value build.
• Serve as key liaison between field teams, project leadership and client stakeholders.
• Manage complexities of large-scale healthcare construction.
