Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for major healthcare, hospital, and commercial electrical construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader who excels in managing complex installations, directing large crews, and delivering projects in strict environments where precision and safety are non‑negotiable. This is a senior‑level position with strong growth potential, high visibility, and long‑term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for large‑scale healthcare and commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure installations meet NEC requirements, healthcare codes, and client‑specific standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers and foremen to maintain seamless communication and project alignment.
• Oversee installation of critical systems including emergency power, lighting controls, low‑voltage integration, and specialty medical equipment.

Healthcare‑Specific Oversight

• Manage work in active hospital environments, ensuring compliance with infection control (ICRA), life‑safety regulations, and sensitive operational requirements.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie‑ins, and phased work with hospital facilities teams and general contractors.
• Ensure all testing, commissioning, and documentation are completed for critical healthcare systems.

Safety & Quality Management

• Enforce all company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite protocols.
• Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain high‑quality installation standards through regular inspections and corrective action planning.

Planning & Coordination

• Interpret and communicate construction drawings, specifications, BIM/VDC coordination details, and updated revisions.
• Contribute to scheduling, look‑ahead planning, and resource forecasting.
• Provide input for change orders, RFIs, and constructability challenges.

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 7+ years in field leadership roles.
• Extensive experience supervising healthcare/hospital electrical projects (live environments, additions, renovations, expansions).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and healthcare facility requirements.
• Proven ability to lead large crews (20–80+ electricians depending on project size).
• Experience coordinating with GCs, hospital facilities teams, engineers, and inspectors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly in the field.
• OSHA 30 required; additional healthcare‑related certifications (ICRA, ASHE) preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience with projects involving central energy plants, patient care areas, OR suites, emergency power systems, and critical infrastructure upgrades.
• Experience in ground‑up commercial or mission‑critical builds is a strong plus.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within tight operational windows.
