• Maintain strong relationships with the client, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with project plans and specifications.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to take a key leadership role on a $300M healthcare project in Dallas, Texas.

This is an opportunity to join a major project where your leadership will directly influence schedule certainty, safety, quality, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction and the ability to lead complex field operations at scale.

The Role

As Senior Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day field operations across the project, working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and the client to maximize productivity and ensure the project remains on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations on a $300M healthcare project from mobilization through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, manpower, and site logistics.

Key Requirements
