Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Superintendent for high-profile commercial projects based in Iowa. You will lead ground-up and renovation work, coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality from start to finish.

Minimum 5 years in commercial construction, OSHA compliance, and strong leadership are required. Proficiency with CM software and field tools is preferred; collaborate with PMs, owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Experience enforcing OSHA safety standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Maintain schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
• Lead project meetings with PMs, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology tools preferred.
• Stable work history; OSHA certification and other industry certifications are a plus.
