Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and material deliveries effectively.
• Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project schedules are maintained while delivering quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards on site.
