Job summary

Clune Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead project field activities, ensuring schedules, safety, quality, and logistics are executed from pre-construction through closeout.

The role partners with the Project Manager to drive schedule integrity, manage field teams, coordinate with architects and engineers, and mentor junior staff while advancing the firm’s growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Ability to build robust project schedules with weekly look-aheads.
• Budget oversight with the project management team and vendors.
• Manage multiple, large/complex projects with high quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create accurate project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with architects and engineers; maintain field document control.
• Supervise field team, trade partners and owner vendors; promote teamwork and open communication.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance; maintain a safe work environment.
