Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent – High Solar/Battery to lead on-site construction for large-scale energy storage and renewable projects across the United States. You will supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams, planning labor, equipment, and materials, and addressing challenges to deliver projects

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, ideally within EPC, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure.
• Experience delivering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), commercial solar, or similar energy projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities for large-scale energy storage projects and associated infrastructure projects.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Plan labour, equipment, materials, and construction activities while proactively resolving project challenges.
• Manage site access, civil works, medium and low-voltage electrical installations, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments across the United States.
