6. 6. Manage the budget, keeping a close eye on costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.

8. 8. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
9. 9. Effectively communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably within the custom homes sector.
2. 2. Proven experience in scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
3. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
5. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. 6. A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. 7. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
8. 8. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
