MPI is seeking a seasoned Superintendent in Columbus, OH to lead field operations from mobilization through project completion across healthcare, multifamily, education, hospitality, and commercial programs. The role requires heavy coordination with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to drive milestones and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
• Strong guidance, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Stable employment history and strong reputation within the local construction market
• Collaborative, team-first approach with a commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities
