MPI seeks a Senior Superintendent in Ohio to lead field operations on commercial ground-up projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial ground-up construction.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the full construction process and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active sites.
• Proficiency in reviewing architectural, structural, MEP drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities with the project team.
• Lead day-to-day field operations and ensure schedule adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and site personnel.
• Develop and enforce project schedules to hit milestones.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and inspection docs.
• Maintain project budgets and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control on site.
• Prepare reports and maintain site records.
